The XAINA platform is operated by XPERDO Technologies Ltd., Commercial Licence No. CL13865, registered at IH 00 01 03 OF 05, Level 3, Innovation One, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website or submitting provider information, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purpose of this website
This website introduces the XAINA Provider Network and allows businesses and professionals to request a preliminary fit assessment. It does not itself activate a provider, create exclusivity, award bookings or form a provider agreement.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be authorised to act for the business or professional profile you submit. Information must be accurate, current and not misleading. XPERDO may request evidence of identity, authority, licensing, insurance, qualifications, personnel and operating capability.
4. Provider Fit Check
The Provider Matching Engine may analyse information you submit together with selected public business sources. Any score, confidence indicator, recommended mode or waitlist status is preliminary. It is not approval, certification, a contractual commitment or a guarantee of demand, territory activation, earnings or onboarding.
5. Public profiles and verification
You authorise XPERDO to review the public business profiles and sources you identify and to compare them with other relevant public business information. You may be asked to confirm profile ownership and correct inaccurate information before verification proceeds.
6. Provider onboarding and commercial terms
Successful activation requires separate verification and acceptance of a category-specific Provider Agreement. Services, XAINA modes, pricing, fees, payouts, territories, availability, standards, insurance and performance obligations are governed by that agreement, not by this website alone.
7. No direct checkout
This provider website does not sell services or collect a joining fee through a direct checkout. Illustrative take rates, earnings examples and early-provider benefits remain subject to the applicable Provider Agreement and final activation terms.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit unlawful or fraudulent content, impersonate another business, scrape protected content or reverse engineer XPERDO technology.
9. Intellectual property
The website, XAINA brand, Provider Matching Engine, designs, text, software, scoring logic and related materials are owned by or licensed to XPERDO. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the website for legitimate provider assessment and application purposes.
10. Availability and third parties
XPERDO may change, suspend or discontinue website functions and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Links, profiles and information from third parties remain subject to their own terms and accuracy.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and preliminary Fit Check are provided on an as-available basis. XPERDO is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative loss, lost opportunities, expected bookings or anticipated revenue arising from use of the website or reliance on a preliminary result.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Dubai International Financial Centre. The DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
