The XAINA name, logos, visual identity, product names, taglines and associated brand assets are owned by or licensed to XPERDO Technologies Ltd. No right to use them is granted except with prior written permission or as expressly allowed in a signed agreement.
4. Technology and content
The Provider Matching Engine, scoring frameworks, software, interfaces, workflows, designs, databases, documentation, copy, images and other platform materials are protected intellectual property owned by or licensed to XPERDO.
5. Provider information
Providers retain ownership of information and materials they lawfully submit. They grant XPERDO the rights reasonably required to assess, verify, display and process those materials for provider onboarding, platform operation, service delivery, quality assurance and legal compliance.
6. Permitted use
Visitors and applicants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access this website for legitimate evaluation and provider application purposes. Without prior written permission, protected XAINA materials, scoring logic or technology may not be copied, scraped, reverse engineered or commercially exploited.
7. Third-party rights
Third-party trademarks, business profiles and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in public-source assessment or on linked services does not imply ownership or endorsement by XPERDO.
